Another Senior Beauty…

April 30, 2009

Whew, whew and whew. That is just me catching my breath because I have been so busy with my awesome senior clients. Once again I LOVE doing senior sessions! So so young and beautiful! I have known this cute girl for a couple of years and now I know where she gets her great personality from. Her mom and sister came along and we had a great time laughing and talking. THANKS girls, it was a blast!

Oh baby!

April 26, 2009

It’s not very often that I get to do a baby so I was really excited when one of my students from my very first year of teaching got in touch with me. She asked me if I would take some pictures of her fourth baby, that tells you how long I have been teaching! I posted some of the girls below and after three tries they got a little boy. Boys are something I know a little bit about so when he pee’d on my arm it didn’t even phase me. As you can tell in these pictures the poor little thing doesn’t get any attention ;)

takin a break…

April 25, 2009

I needed a break from editing pictures for a little while and created these two story boards for my friends Annie and Jason. I really wanted these pictures to be blurry so you could really feel the action in the pictures. I tried to keep one little face clear in each shot. Leave a comment for which one you like the best even though they look about the same. There are more of these little cuties coming soon, and they have a little baby brother too. I have a feeling he will have four little mommies. ;)

Geooorgeooous!

She’s a beauty. What else can I say. Thanks Kaloni for making my job so fun!

Braiden

April 22, 2009

This cute guy traveled all the way down from Malad Idaho and isn’t he handsome!? I am actually good friends with all his sisters and he is the only boy right in the middle of all of them. So needless to say he is very good an being told what to do :) He was awesome and just went along with whatever I asked. Mom came along and we did some mom bonding. Thanks for being so patient Braiden. Leave some comments for this handsome Idaho boy!

Katie and Curtis

April 17, 2009

A beautiful day in Logan for a wedding and yup I was lucky enought to be a part of it. It was a windy day but that made for some pretty cool shots as shown below, but it also could be quite menacing as shown in the very last shot! What a beautiful couple! Thanks Katie and Curtis!!

James

April 16, 2009

Someday in the not so distant future I can say “see that guy?…I took his pictures!”, because I have a feeling he will make a name for himself as an artist. Hopefully he will remember the little people that once upon a time took his pictures :) Seriously, this guy is an amazing artist and we had fun capturing some of his artistic side. Thanks James!

JJ

April 14, 2009

This is the first senior boy in a series of four senior boys to come. I am the luckiest photographer because I get to work with some of the best looking boys! JJ is a budding photographer and a good friend of mine as well. We love to talk photography and he gets just as excited as me when we talk about weird things like raw format and photoshop actions. Thanks JJ!!

Whew! I have been wanting to post this wedding for a long time, but I have been so busy it had to wait. So thank you to everyone who was patiently waiting for this wedding post. Kim was a student of mine a few years ago and when she contacted me to do her pictures not even her family knew she was going to get engaged. I had to keep it secret which was so hard because I saw her sister everyday! We had to do some sneaky planning because these two are actually going to college in the mid west and we only had a window of time to do the pictures when they would be home on break. We did lots and lots of emailing and texting to coordinate it all. But WOW, they did such a good job with all the details it turned out to be completely stunning.

Kayla and Kale

April 9, 2009

Check out this couple…CUTE and so in LOVE. Don’t they make a perfect couple?? And look at her isn’t she completely beautiful, I can say that because she is my niece. :) She is my last niece on my side to get married and since I don’t have any daughters of my own, I guess this is it. The closest I’ll get to actually having a daughter get married. I hope this puts the pressure on my boys to find some awesome wives so I can finally have some daughters! Who am I kidding my boys could care less about that right now, respectively they are only 15, 12, 9 and 4! Okay enough about my own family, lets’ get back to Kayla and Kale. What a beautiful day! It was about the only sunny day for the past three months, so we lucked out! Enjoy; and leave some blog love…by leaving a comment for this cute couple! Stay tuned for her bridals… stunning!

p.s. I am so behind and swamped so please be patient
p.s.s. Kim and Treagan…your wedding post is coming
